Frequently Asked Questions

General questions

It is of course fun to take a photo with as many people as possible, so there is no max on the number of people. However, please keep safety in mind.

It is certainly possible to place the Photo Booth outside, provided it is by mutual agreement.

The size of our double strips are 5x15cm and the size of the single strips are 10x15cm.

Yes, if you even book several days with us you will also receive an additional discount!

We rent the Photobooth for 4 hours as standard. Should you require additional hours, these can be added at an additional cost. You can do this by specifying the times in our reservation module.

After you have placed the reservation, we will send you a proposal as soon as possible. If a date is not available, we will contact you. Because of our wide product range, this fortunately hardly ever happens.

We will send the photos no later than 5 working days after booking. However, this usually works out much faster!

Technical questions

Using the internet is not a requirement, but it is very convenient. This allows us to provide any remote support without being physically present. Also, when using our extra option ‘send via e-mail’, it is necessary to send the photos immediately. If there is no wifi at the time, the photos will be sent as soon as wifi is reconnected.

Sure! If an unexpected failure occurs or support is required, you can reach us via our emergency number. The information on this can be found on our driver card. Tip; Scan the QR code on the card to automatically create a contact. Handy!

Our flash units are adjustable, so we can provide the right lighting in any environment.

The PhotoBooth is 2x2x2,2m, The Open Air PhotoBooth is 1x1x1,8m, The MirrorBooth is 1x1x2m.

Our PhotoBooth needs only 1 (220V) power point.

Printing the photo takes about 15 seconds. So super fast!

With our Photobooth, you can take and print unlimited photos during the booking. Because of the high print capacity of our printers, replacing print paper during a booking is a thing of the past!

Our staff is only present for setting up and dismantling the Photobooth. If you still want a host/hostess at your event, please contact us at 085-2733722 or sales@boooth.me to discuss options.

All our products follow the same concept: take one or more photos, and they will be printed instantly. The difference mainly lies in the appearance. The Photo Booth is a booth, the Open Air Photo Booth is a photo column, and the Mirror Booth is simply a mirror. The Open Air and the Mirror are set up in open spaces, so extra consideration must be given to lighting. The Photo Booth, however, is an enclosed space.

With our green screen option, you can choose/supply multiple backgrounds and can therefore choose a different background for each photo session.

Yes, after you take the photos, the photos will be printed automatically. In addition, you will also receive your photos digitally after booking (within 5 working days).

Before placing our Photoboooth, we will first discuss the best spot to install it. After that, you are not allowed to move the Photobooth yourself. 

Financial & administrative questions

After the quote is approved, you will receive the invoice 4 weeks before the booking, which must be paid 2 weeks before the booking. If the booking is within 4 weeks, you will receive the invoice immediately, and it must be paid before the booking.

No deposit is not applicable.

As soon as the event is known, you can already place a reservation, the sooner the better. This is also to increase the chance of availability. However, it is even possible to book the same day, provided we are still available. 

This is possible up to 60 days before the booking date.

Sure! Basically, anything is possible and nothing is too crazy. Based on the requirements, we will then draw up a price.

Transport

Yes, however, the first 50 kilometres are for our account. After that, we will charge €0.40 per kilomer.

Yes, we deliver throughout the Netherlands.

We need a maximum of 30 minutes for set-up.

This is discussed in consultation with the customer.

Yes, this is possible with a lift. If there is no lift available, this should be indicated in advance. This is to discuss whether this is possible.

Design

You can send us your requirements with any supply of materials, but it is also possible to design your own strip. We will then send you the specifications.

Yes! We have the Photobooth in standard white and black. In addition, we have gold glitter and silver glitter branding. And if you want it in your own theme, we can also personalise the whole Photobooth!

This is certainly possible. When supplying the photostrip wishes, you can also directly include your wedding card, it is easiest if this is in the .psd file. If you do not have this, please send the wedding card in another file.

After the quote is agreed, we will contact you to discuss the design phase. We will also provide a design phase brochure outlining the next steps.
